It is very hard to get promotions in carelon I feel promotions will get to those who are more close to team leader and for hard working employees there is nothing ,even they will not give any appreciation like impact awards for hard work

Good in safety and security and the infrastructure of the company was so good that helps the employees to feel in working with an MNC company.the work environment was so great and helpful. The team leads are so helpful and knowledgeable about the things.

Dislikes

I think Carelon has to provide default promotion for the employees who are working for certain period of time in the same company.There are no promotions and when the employee try to get the internal job position they’re no chances to change our position in this company. The management has to raise values for the skills of the employees. So please provide some guidance to get promoted to the employees who are in only one position for over several years. Nothing was good....only initial days were good.

I was the top performer in this company for 5 years....with top rating if 5.....still no promotion was given.....and they were continuously switching the teams to avoid promotion.....i wasted my career.

The most working satisfaction is shift allowance only iam an ex employee but now shift allowance is getting vanished other than that everything is good

I would say process changes every day there is new update on process which will create errors and supervisor will not understand this that we all are working humans not machine that's all And about promotion nothing
