Job security and good for people who are in favour to leadership

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work culture is not good, no work life balance. Leads they call managers but they are the poor people. Below leads gets all the perks and benefits. Above leads get very good packages and they get good perks too. Only for the leads they won’t give anything, no market correction, no overtimes, no perks and they say already getting very good packages( which is not true). Even most of SSE gets salary more than a Lead. So much of retaliation and favouritism. Once you resign you would be the least chip....Read More
