* Once you reach the promotion criteria in a specific LOB, management shifts you to another LOB so that they can skip you from promoting to next position. * Team leaders treat you like a student not a professional employee. CGS do not promote people based on experience, they does only if have new position created and it rarely happens. Hikes are pretty less and learning is also very average.
