Very bad company, manager and management is very bad donot go to this company.micro managment is there for eveything and there is no ptos they will give even though you tell then aerly of the year they wont give you sat sun day also you hv to work and there is not OT

Without letting associates know, what is the organizational-level update? Leadership is not communicating or providing a heads-up. Upgrading skills is not an easy process. There are three to four levels of pre-approval for learning certifications.

No job security Office and team politics Managers also involved in manipulation and politics You will get bored after doing same work again n again after 4 months There is no career growth,no learning n up killing scope. Toxic working environment, working culture. Micro management. You have to justify every single minute in stand-up call and on jira stories. Lot of mental pressure by Team leads and By managers and if you complain,no body will hear or support you. Long sitting hours.lods of work burdens, There is no mental peace,only mental pressure. Due to high work load you might not be able avail leaves. Work life balance is average based on team. Most importantly company is currently not in growth mode it is looking to stabilize the workforce and hence we cannot expect decent hikes/promotions.
