Capital Numbers has a great work culture and environment. The Project Managers and seniors are very supportive and helpful. Here all the employees have the scope to improve their skills and abilities. We can share our ideas and any other issues freely to our manager. The salary structure is also good here.

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

You are always appreciated for a good work done. HRs are extremely friendly, as well as, the higher management is easily reachable.
