As , We all know that employee efficiency matters a lot to yield more and more output. I think ARICENT should provide the cab facility door to door with in Delhi also to the Airtel project employee sitting in MANESAR. Many employees are coming from Delhi by traveling 3 hours from their houses due to which they just loose their half of the efficiency in travelling only which affect individual work Performance. Rotational shifts with very low shift allowance. Recognition often depends on favoritism, not performance. My last manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.

No work life balance You cannot even take the 30mins break in the total working hours. (Which is illegal btw) No proper training. You should work on all public holidays. The policy says you can take these floating leaves anytime in the year, but there's no such thing. So basically you work on all public holidays like Republic day, Independence day etc but don't get any comp off for that. All projects are understaffed, thus employees suffer a lot....Read More
