Terrible management, manager will never address your issue and will always blame you if you don't understand any process. Training is for name sake only and they won't clear any of your doubts, everytime you need help you'll be told to go and Google. Career growth is very slow and there's a bond if 2 years which makes things even worse. Most important thing that they hide, once you join altran you can't join Cisco for a period of 6 months (1 year if you are CCIE trained or certified) after leaving this company. Manager's behavior is very rude, they will shout at you and will treat you very bad in front of entire team if you fail to understand anything and complaint about any senior team member. Your dignity and respect will surely get hurt if you are a part of altran so be prepared in advance....Read More

No layoffs. Job Security is 100%. Aricent is also hiring new engineers even during the pandemic. However, there have been no promotions or increments taking place due to COVID. No deduction in the salary. Management is quite supportive. Aricent is a very good company to learn with specially Cisco TAC, The hard core technologies you are working on here is found in pretty rare companies.

The most what I like about Aricent is the Project we have here. Aricent leads in technology. Here we are working on the newest technology which keeps us updated and its good for our carrier growth also. Aricent has ties with the leading companies like Cisco, Samsung etc. I will definitely refer this organization if somebody wants to learn.
