You get 2 week-off. For night shifts you get food allowance. Cab facility for night shifts. Saturday Sunday shifts you don't have much work.

Dislikes

You are the only person in the shift until the next person don't come as replacement you cannot leave. You have to do help-desk work. iTAC should always 24*7 be online. If someone from team fell ill you may have to do his shift you will get compoff for it (i didn't get it when i was in notice period). Too much work load is there to be handle by single person.
