They will not give the option to select in which area we are interested in and they will not change the location and if the project is not liked by the employee as the project is not upskilling for employee he need to stay in that project itself their is no chance to change the project

The work culture is very good. There is good work life balance here. Teams are really nice and supportive.

Company doesn't have enough projects. Freshers sit on bench for 2 years. There's not much learning or skill development happens. The increment and promotions are also very less.

If senior management is toxic and of frugal mentality who just wants to rake in more profits, then your work becomes hell and you don't have much to learn. Platforms like udemy and others are there to enhance your knowledge and certifications done can be reimbursed but there might be less opportunities to apply the knowledge gained. Totally depends on senior management, if they are toxic ,then your efforts will go in vain. Projects have different requirements and often hire people to do same monotonous maintenance work, nothing new to enhance career. Appraisals and bonuses are minimal as close to 4-5 % , talented people don't get rewarded and promoted whereas favourable, non talented people get recognition.
