>The workplace is extremely safe and pleasant, and the colleagues are very much friendly fun to work with.The management team was extremely good at treating everyone as an equal.I am able to approach them easily at anytime without reluctance, and they listen to our needs. >Gives us the opportunity to showcase our talents & Support us throughout our careers >Our support staffs were friendly and accommodating, and they were willing to assist us with whatever assistance needed >Always our office appears to be clean and very well kept.There is a cafeteria with good refreshments and also we have gym space aswell. >We have Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) committee that assist needy people with various products,funds& food.and also we assisted people during covid by providing food for them. >Once a year we host an Oliver G Foundation financial development programme for entrepreneurs.Several people will participate and shocase the startup ideas and the best proposal will be chosen and bulk prize amount will be awarded. >Medical Insurance, Child Education Allowance, Free Learning Courses, & Profit Sharing are among the benefits offered. >We have leave encashments (36 paid leaves), compoffs, night shift allowance, and other things we earn a fairly good extra payment.And also, the salary will be credited without any delay at the end of the month. >Even freshers are offered a competitive salary package, overall the employees get an good pay. >Recr eational Stellar Events & Activities will be available throughout the year, allowing us to take part in a variety of activities (outdoor & indoor) and have fun. >Once a year, the entire Capestart people will embark on a long journey and celebrate with fun in resorts, amusement parks, etc. (Dance, Song, Games, and Prizes) as well as providing a delicious lunch & desserts (our company will sponsor all this). >In pandemic, I worked in WFH.It's been a unique experience.Overall CAPESTART is the best place to work in my hometown....Read More
