The day I joined in the company I have experienced the best work culture. The career growth availability in the company are high. The company encourages in all the aspects to grow in our careers . The Company polices are good and especially the child school fees reimbursement scheme which help many people form all level of employees.

The company should identify the persons who are willing to learn in various process and make the train instead of selecting the wrong and making more time for their training or transition process.

I'm excited to give review about our Company. It is really feeling like working at the right place. Even during the Covid situation we never had any issue like down sizing. The work culture here is great. No micro management and our managers give full freedom for giving our thoughts, ideas and suggestion regarding the process.
