The company culture, vision and mission are really good. They arrange atleast one event per month to keep everyone engaged with fun and refreshing activities. There are many better chances to learn and improve ourselves. The new employee onboarding and induction programs were really smooth. The HRs are doing great job in collaborating, helping and clearing doubts of the employees all the time.

Dislikes

When the deadline of a spring or release approaches the developers were working till mid night to complete the work. Some might get the compensation but some could not claim it. Really appreciate if this could be addressed soon.

They are providing the best they can. Employee stock option, children fee reimbursement, quarterly awards and more. Simple and approachable leaders, work life balance, no unnecessary rules and regulations and lots of fun.
