Among the top multinational corporations in TamilNadu , South India , CapeStart offers the greatest deals and prospects to everyone. They also look after the education of their staff members and their Children up till the 12th Grade. I observed a highly user friendly and healthy environment without any job pressure. In addition, they were providing corporate shares regardless of all employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
