I had a great time here, I enjoyed working with my seniors and got exposure to new things. Also, got an opportunity to work with wonderful teammates and learnt a lot.

There is nothing to be liked about this organization.

They do not have any policies, the management run the company like a street shop and treat their employees like labour, before joining one must think atleast 10 times, they will force to sign a bond and once the appraisal period comes they want you to extend the bond eles no appraisal will be given. They deduct salary as per their mind, if management is in good mood particular person's salary will be credited or deducted without any reason. They do not have any such HR policies, HR are just to convey management messages, and do not have any answer to any questions raised by employees. No such exit policies for employees leaving the organisation and HR will not respond to your call or mail, once you leave the company forget about f&f and if you get it, it means you are blessed. In your entire work journey you will be threaten by management if you will not do this we will not give you relieving letter, or will add something wrong in relieving letter which will ruin your carrier. If you want to leave the company and you are in bond they will ask you to pay lakhs of rupees in cash to get the relieving letter. One of my colleague got laid off and given a time of 20 days notice and on his 18th day company got a project and they asked him to stay else he will not get relieving letter, since he has started finding job and got a job in first few days in MNC at good package but he could not join and lost the offer.
