Work culture used to be quite different some years back. Presently the tagline of "Together we can" is nothing but a sick joke.

Almost everything. Acute shortage of staff yet no one is willing to even acknowledge the situation. If you are Branch Head, you will be held responsible for everything. The bank treats its employees like thieves. There is complete lack of support in practise from Admin offices, but in every meeting they will tell that they are thereto support you. There are too many people to give calls but too few people to work in the field. Constant abuses by seniors. Too many VC held in a week for people working in Branches when there are customers to attend to and work to be done. Customers abuse you and there's nothing to be done. Everyday is a different log in day. You will be forced to lie to customers to cross sell different products. There is zero work life balance. Too many managers contemplating suicide because there seems to be no way out. I can go on and on, I am writing this here today because thoughts of suicide come to my mind too often but I am scared of death....Read More
