Dislikes

In the working environment there will be some misunderstanding and ego clash with Executives, which we have adjust with to overall development of Bank. Bank is providing bread and butter to us.

As a Branch Manager, My role is to achieve the Corporate Goal, Deposit Mobilisation, Augmenting the advances portfolio, Recovery of NPA, ensuring customer service, Staff punctuality, responsibility towards the econamic development of the Country, etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
