The only thing is it was a remote job. So You can work as per your flexibility.

Dislikes

Well, they keep you on contract, with no other benefits THEY DO NOT RENEW CONTRACT NEITHER THEY MAKE EMPLOYEE PERMANENT. Waste of time, and underpaid. The company keeps only those who run behind the Manager or just jump like idiots on group team calls. HR is super lazy no replies or always makes you call here and there.

Very bad and poor culture.they will treat you like slave and no work life balance at all. They will hire you for a one year contract and lay off in 3 months only..

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
