... work. It's just horrible, it almost like you are a statue in front of a system. No perks other than salary. Hr department doesn't help you or even respond to you. The only thing by working here is that you get a basic salary and you will lose your will to live.

Cacti Legal is a great place to work in terms of their Pay offered (Highly paid packages) and horizon of work experience, exposure provided along with the compatibility of work life balance and scope of upliftment of every employee by review and promotion periodically. The most wonderful thing i found about working with cacti is the work life balance provided by them, unbiased work culture, recognition of talent and appraisal accordingly.

Sometimes the HR team is irresponsive and does not cater to employee concerns, as required or expected.

Flexibility and ability to lead and put across thoughts and feedbacks. Most importantly, the openness culture.

Some of the processes could be improved but that's a part of continuous improvement in any organisation.

The only thing is it was a remote job. So You can work as per your flexibility.

Dislikes

Well, they keep you on contract, with no other benefits THEY DO NOT RENEW CONTRACT NEITHER THEY MAKE EMPLOYEE PERMANENT. Waste of time, and underpaid. The company keeps only those who run behind the Manager or just jump like idiots on group team calls. HR is super lazy no replies or always makes you call here and there.
