Hi All, I have joined Builder.ai 7 months back and everything is very smooth in this company. Also get so much knowledge from process and people regarding technology which I always wants to work with. Hr system is very flexible, helpful. My team.mates are very helpful and efficient. Happy to join Builder.ai I have learn many new technology which I did not work previously. Pros- learn new technologies and multiple. Team unity is there Team is very helpful Hr system is very flexible and helpful Office is really great ambiance Lunch is free Managers are very helpful and team leaders also. I did not see any single dislike till.now in my 7 months period of time. As such there is no dislike everything is flexible and smooth.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
