If somebody wants to retire or chill in life in general, can join bristlecone. 10-12% hike every year. Health insurance is good.

Dislikes

No career growth as it is for people who want to chill. Manager doesn't care as long as the work is getting done and there are no escalations. They have a set of people whom they will promote and give projects. Rest others they don't bother much. No new projects thus no promotion is what they tell their employees.
