There is nothing great compared to policies, but being a small organization and if you get to work with LEADERS than managers it would help. But the problem is there are very few leaders and even they are leaving which is filling up the organization with Manager
Dislikes
No proper recognition, Politics, Internal issues between multiple business units, rather than issues from customers internal problems make the work extremely stressful. Quality of work is not considered as metrics for growth but "yes boss" works more. Not an inclusive culture apart from the LEADERS mentioned.

Depending on what your project and engagement is you may feel left out. Org is a pure consulting firm mostly operating in T&M mode so projects have a very short stint post which you go back to bench pool.
