There is nothing great compared to policies, but being a small organization and if you get to work with LEADERS than managers it would help. But the problem is there are very few leaders and even they are leaving which is filling up the organization with Manager
No proper recognition, Politics, Internal issues between multiple business units, rather than issues from customers internal problems make the work extremely stressful. Quality of work is not considered as metrics for growth but "yes boss" works more. Not an inclusive culture apart from the LEADERS mentioned.

Work life balance is good in my account.
No hike, no help from team, not much to learn. You will be in the same account but the client keeps on changing every 3-4 months, no stable projects. No team interaction, you will be interacting only with client side employees. You have to go to office 2 days in a week but there wont be any team. And 8 hour is mandatory.

Company is less hierarchical. You can approach any employees with ease even if they are high in the hierarchy.
Blame game - Less appraisal. I only received 6% increment in my salary which is not fair for the amount of work and commitment I have put in. No Job security. No OT pay Some tasks were given at the very last minute and expect us to be done with it by next working day. The company is not hierarchical. So you can connect with a lot of employees.
I believe there is no feedback system in brillio. Even after working long hours ( sometimes 16 hours) and deliver good work, I haven’t received any OT benefits or any appreciation. And salary increment is just above the inflation rate (7%).

- Hybrid work culture. You have to visit office twice a week. - Good office space in both the locations of Bengaluru although cafeteria can improve with more food options
- Lack of processes. It doesn't have a system in place like other big service based organizations. Lot of uncertainties on the next steps - Bench policy i.e. no job security. In my one and half years of tenure I observed that work life balance is average . I was asked to leave as they didn’t have much project still they give 3 months of notice . At least that much ethics they have . Training’s are good and they focus more on empowering their employee.
Small company with very less projects , they can’t afford people on bench . Hence job security is not there . Senior managements are not that good .

Work Life balance is good and so is the average salary of most people working here however it would be more beneficial to have flexible working options.
Depending on what your project and engagement is you may feel left out. Org is a pure consulting firm mostly operating in T&M mode so projects have a very short stint post which you go back to bench pool. This keeps happening and seems to be just the way the org works sometimes leading to feeling lesser sense of stability in the job.
