"There is no good thing to talk about brigosha". First of all, the policies framed by the brigosha are not favorable to the employees. Firstly, there is one such policy called retention policy for the new joinee in which they deduct a part of your salary from the agreed CTC & promise you that they will give it in a year and before you complete one year they will definitely remove you without paying back the retention policy. Secondly, they tell that there is probation period for 1st 3 months and once you join the company they will extend the probation no matter what even if you work day and night and complete all your tasks on time. And on probation period you will get only half of your salary (in addition with the deduction of retention amount). They neither respect you nor your work even if you work day and night. "There is no JobSecurity here". You will be asked to bring your asset on one normal day and ask you to leave. Even if you put your papers there is no concept called notice period and you will be released immediately. All these things has happened to my colleagueswho did work efficiently and dedicatedly. They give utmost priority to IITians and NITians. If you are from a normal university other than these two be ready to be removed at anytime. Worst management, worst HR team, Worst Company. Don't join. They will not give Full and Final Settlement too. Even if you ask them everyday they might give after 3 or 4 or any number of months as they wish.
