Taking sick leave results in absurd pay deductions, and the actual salary falls far short of the promised CTC in the offer letter. I honestly feel I wasted my 2 years of career here and no job security and management is worst. For employees no value they will value only few employees who were very good to them and very stupid politics. They will remove the employees directly without information no matter there are in ongoing project. We can't trust the co worker as well. Very worst experience.
