The company tries to deduct from employees because it cant sustain itself, one of the employees committed suicide because he wasn't paid salary.

Dislikes

The company tries to deduct salary by using methods that look like mental torture, the HR department made hell reality.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
