The HR policies here are beyond frustrating, always skewed in favor of the company's benefit. Taking sick leave results in absurd pay deductions, and the actual salary falls far short of the promised CTC in the offer letter. the sole aspect i found appreciable about this organization was the friendships i formed during my tenure. I would attribute the tolerable experience of working here to the bonds I forged with my colleagues.

the workload was overwhelming, often requiring us to work for more than 12 hours, and even on weekends. This situation was extremely challenging and there was no work-life balance.
