Early log ins and log outs... basically shift timings. But in winters it didn't work for me.

Well, everything. There was no team when I joined and I was not informed at the time of the interview. Other than me only 2 more employees were there under some Australian Chinese lady who always sounded like crazy over calls. Everyone had created pathetic buzz about her stupid and ugly work ethics. She always had unrealistic expectations from her team of 2-3 people. I was threatened on her name the whole time since the day I joined. No training was given, no work was explained to me and I guessing over the work I was asked to deliver. I was made to create reports which were never required but I was told to complete the work in insanely less time like it's very urgent and then the report dumped. Before dumping my work I was humiliated by wach of them and every single day I was made feel like I am not good enough for that role. Though sometimes I was given hope of getting hell in learning and growing but more than that they totally crushed my confidence that I only survived there for couple of months. I was threatened to be kicked out if I fail to impress that Australian lady and once asked to move forward for better opportunity. They themselves had no standard of working, no set pattern of moving things forward and according to them I was hired to bring something on table and for that every single day I was lectured to get a vision till such an extent that I broke down. I was an analyst whom they tricked to less salary and the other two people who held 8-10 years of experience looked towards to me to have a vision and create a process and life cycle. It was clear that they were failing. It was most because of that Australian lady and her stubborn behaviour and rude attitude. They had absolutely old way of doing things so of course my views were useless according to them as they dis have enough money to invest in improvement and better employees. Less opportunities for skillset training, no travel at all, career growth is not taken care of until you resign, appraisals were done good only when they were facing highest attrition ever, few Engineering Managers know nothing except working on an excel file all day and telling stories to their favorite female employees who come every now and then knocking on their door for a little chit chat

I am aware of the fact that we are hired as a permanent employee and it is our work place and there is a work life balance but sometimes, it is great to be involved in a 1/2 hour fun activity per week. This will make our work environment healthy as well as more approachable to different employees. It will enhance team building and might increase productivity as well.

No Travel to onshore, Bravura Solutions should work of making more people travel onshore as it helps in getting a better experience of work and some attachment with the company. I think that is one area the company should start working on immediately.

the company is a hidden gem. There are a lot of perks here like cab, food, HR events, medical insurance, a lot of leaves, and most of all culture. The company culture is very nice. Its a proper MNC without any MNC hierarchies. You can approach even CEO with enough effort and you'll be heard. While working here, my experience was very pleasant and overall I'll say its what you make of it. If you keep complaining than finding solutions of your problems then it would be bad anywhere. As far as pay goes, its not the best but considering everything else given by company you'll be better off here than a couple lakhs more somewhere else. Its a product based company so there is a lot of internal innovation that keeps on happening.
