Terrible Hrs. HRs are supposed to be soft spoken but the lead HR is rude. No career growth and annual hikes are pathetic. Despite being a product based they keep on comparing themselves with service based organisations like TCS and others.

One day you enter in the office and you get the news that someone get fired that's how bad the environment. Don't go for good reviews it's manager task to write the good reviews. The only good thing was pick and drop facility.

Dislikes

Work was pathetic the manager do some math and come with the magical number that the bug should be fixed under 1.47 days. Now if you are unable to complete it then it's time to worry as this may decide your rating.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

the company is a hidden gem. There are a lot of perks here like cab, food, HR events, medical insurance, a lot of leaves, and most of all culture. The company culture is very nice. Its a proper MNC without any MNC hierarchies. You can approach even CEO with enough effort and you'll be heard. While working here, my experience was very pleasant and overall I'll say its what you make of it. If you keep complaining than finding solutions of your problems then it would be bad anywhere. As far as pay goes, its not the best but considering everything else given by company you'll be better off here than a couple lakhs more somewhere else. Its a product based company so there is a lot of internal innovation that keeps on happening. The office is insanely pretty and I can assure you this pretty office is very hard to find since its also built in 2020....Read More
