The company uses all latest technologies in terms of using assets, services, providing employees a platform to grow. The best part is the culture which is exceptionally well, no bias, no partiality, people have a willing nature, positive attitude to accept the things and learn from past mistakes. Managerial post people are all kind hearted and hence most of the employees here stay for long tenures. The only thing I dislike about Brainvire is the referrals scheme. Here the employees are paid less for referrals. However this is a negligible point and it has nothing to do with core employee profession and duties.

I am working as a Business Analyst with pre sales and most post sales activities. I mainly deal with clients right from requirement gathering till project deployment. I closely work with Project Managers and Department Head to plan & execute the project.
