Nothing good at all. A completely fake company. I would suggest block them.

Everything. The CTO cum Director is mentally disturbed. Thinks of himself as equivalent to God. All sort of nonsense. He has renamed Agile to Bgile just because the process is used in Boston Byte. This is just one example. Watch the movie "Dictator" and get a feel of working here.
