Work culture is good. Training sessions are informative and useful for growth. Employee policies are good.

Dislikes

Increment, Appraisal is worst. 2-3% max increment. Too much process for simple task. Currently due to over hiring, most of people are in bench in Bangalore location. Germany Bosch fired 7000+ people. And rumours are they will going to do same in Bangalore location (No projects at all)*

Technologies used are old, limited scope for growth, less hikes and appraisals. Too many overheads for approvals.

The hikes are really really less and its difficult for freshers especially as the hikes are lesser than the inflation precentage.

Management forces us to pressurise associates to resign in the name of poor performance. No accountability to customer complaints. Typical corrupt beaucracy mindset. Low salary. Not suitable for women who want to progress in career. GRC and POSH are for namesake. Policies are not employee friendly.

Bosch values are really nice but manager as well as HR (few not all particularly ESZ1 team located in 3rd floor, 602 building, adugudi,Bangalore) are not following these values and ethics. They are creating unnecessary pressure on employees and forcing to put paper, were Bosch doesn’t have fire policy. Salary is less Senior employees not helpful you have to wait long time to convince them ,that u r not understanding. Zero skill development Hike is very less Managers don't how to manage. Forget about promotions and apparesal. Growth is very less Less opportunities Always don't go with the image and benefits shown in company page, also with the review given by loyal dogs.
