I have worked at this company for a few years now and I must say, the company culture is one of the best I have experienced. The environment is inclusive and collaborative. The company is also innovative, constantly looking for new and better ways to do things. Another great aspect of working at this company is the work-life balance. The management encourages employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which makes it easier to focus on both personal and professional goals. Speaking of management, the leadership within the company is supportive and approachable, which is really great. The managers are communicative and effective in their roles, making it easier for employees to get the support they need. Health insurance offered is also best compared to service based companies. The only disadvantage I see is that employees are overloaded with work. You wouldn't get much free time and you'd be in front of your screen doing work continuously. I've noticed that some folks hardly wake up from their chairs to take a break since the workload is too much!

Management is worst. Direct manager playing too much politics. Manager asking to work on weekends. Micromanagement. If you are in notice period he will make your life hell.

One challenge I experienced at BMC software was related to management policies and the decision-making process. In some instances, it felt like decision were primarily made by managers whith limited input from employees. This top-down approch sometimes led to lack of transparency and made it difficult for employees to feel valued orheard. additionally, there seemed to be minimal involvement from Hr in addressing employee concerns, which affected overall morale. I have been working with BMC from past 2 years and I am truly impressed by the collaborative culture, approachable leadership who are receptive to feedbacks and unique benefits. The benefit package offerings like gym & sporting equipment, pet care, Go-green Initiatives are truly outstanding.

Overall BMC is good company but if you are in BMC SAAS department then you are in nuisance. Management think that just moving people here and there and firing them from JOB is their work and getting salary for it. New joiners are getting frustrated here within 3-4 months.
