The culture at Blupine is extremely bad. The HR passes negative feedback about former employees to their future employers thus attempting to jeopardize their career. No confidentiality is maintained by the team and everyone's compensation or personal issues are disclosed and discussed with other employees. Once you leave the organization the ongoing stress is overwhelming. The management remains silent on these issues thus leaving employees to deal with the HR's oppressive management style with no recourse....Read More

There are also concerns about how the company handles payments. For example, a former colleague did not receive his full salary in his final settlement.
