The company culture really needs a lot of improvement. There's no transparency with the employees at all. For instance - the employees were recently misled about the anonymity of a recent employee survey conducted by the HR team. Despite assurances that the survey was anonymous, responses were tracked, and those who provided critical feedback were noted, raising concerns about transparency and trust within the organization. One of the worst experiences ever. Poor management and unprofessional HR. Culture issue, parking issue. Only the leadership team is growing in this company. Team level employees should not expect growth. No learning and development opportunities, no growth. Not recommended!

The culture at Blupine is extremely bad. The HR passes negative feedback about former employees to their future employers thus attempting to jeopardize their career. No confidentiality is maintained by the team and everyone's compensation or personal issues are disclosed and discussed with other employees. Once you leave the organization the ongoing stress is overwhelming. Additionally, there appears to be favouritism in the allocation of available parking spaces, as they are often reserved for select individuals by the HR department, bypassing those who have been waiting. Additionally, there have been breaches of confidentiality at Blupine, where employees’ salaries were disclosed, causing discomfort among employees. There are also concerns about how the company handles payments. For example, a former colleague did not receive his full salary in his final settlement. She has also been known to inappropriately share sensitive information regarding employees' past employment histories, including serious allegations and performance critiques that should have remained confidential. She claimed that a senior male team member in her own team was accused of breaching the code of conduct in his previous organization.
