The company culture really needs a lot of improvement. There's no transparency with the employees at all. For instance - the employees were recently misled about the anonymity of a recent employee survey conducted by the HR team. Despite assurances that the survey was anonymous, responses were tracked, and those who provided critical feedback were noted, raising concerns about transparency and trust within the organization. It's surprising, how the HR team has been writing all of the positive reviews posing the employees 😂😂😂. There's nothing to like in this company. Do not fall for the fake positive reviews. After they faced negative reviews, the HR team posted all of those by themselves.

Dislikes

One of the worst experiences with this company. The HR is extremely unprofessional. You should not join this company if you don't want your future to be destroyed. Such undeserving HR with zero skill and knowledge, don't know how was she even hired.

The culture at Blupine is extremely bad. The HR passes negative feedback about former employees to their future employers thus attempting to jeopardize their career. No confidentiality is maintained by the team and everyone's compensation or personal issues are disclosed and discussed with other employees. Once you leave the organization the ongoing stress is overwhelming. The work culture at this company leaves much to be desired. There are no parking facilities provided, creating significant inconvenience. Additionally, there appears to be favouritism in the allocation of available parking spaces, as they are often reserved for select individuals by the HR department, bypassing those who have been waiting. Additionally, there have been breaches of confidentiality at Blupine, where employees’ salaries were disclosed, causing discomfort among employees. There are also concerns about how the company handles payments. For example, a former colleague did not receive his full salary in his final settlement. This company struggles with significant management issues, particularly in how it treats and values its employees. The HR operates with a high degree of autonomy, often making unilateral decisions without regard for their impact. She has also been known to inappropriately share sensitive information regarding employees' past employment histories, including serious allegations and performance critiques that should have remained confidential. She claimed that a senior male team member in her own team was accused of breaching the code of conduct in his previous organization. Such allegations and actions compromise the professionalism expected in a workplace and potentially damage the reputations of those involved.
