One of the worst experiences ever. Poor management and unprofessional HR. Culture issue, parking issue. Only the leadership team is growing in this company. Team level employees should not expect growth. No learning and development opportunities, no growth. Not recommended!

The HR operates with a high degree of autonomy, often making unilateral decisions without regard for their impact. She has also been known to inappropriately share sensitive information regarding employees' past employment histories, including serious allegations and performance critiques that should have remained confidential. She claimed that a senior male team member in her own team was accused of breaching the code of conduct in his previous organization. Such allegations and actions compromise the professionalism expected in a workplace and potentially damage the reputations of those involved.
