job security is terrible. they can fire anybody if there is no project requirement to company, irrespective of your performance dedication. management force 2 appear for customer interviews requiring different skillsets and blame you for not qualifying. lack of good n caring support on international tours. always delay in reimbursement. typical indian mindsetin mgmt
