They hire for 3-6 month client projects in disguise of long term projects. And after project gets over they politely say bye and hold the last month salary and one has to be after them to get it quite long time.

Bunch of lies.. They hire you by giving flase promises. They hire by saying role is permanent and project is long term but once project gets over within a year. Then BRT shows true colour.
