The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest Technology. I was part of a project with 500+ resources both onshore and offshore together. The scope for learning here in this project and in this company is really good and high. The mentoring from seniors and managers is also too good and support from Peers is really high. There are good enough chances for Onsite opportunities, if the employee is capable of converting his/her Visa at US Embassy. There are numerous projects with different verticals and number of accounts. Though we gain better knowledge working here, there were no hikes/ compensation increments here from past two years(Which was due to CSC & HPE Merger). As a result there are high chances of employee demotivation. Also, the intangible growth in career ladder is kept hold until the merger is complete in India. Recent changes in management, though aware of all these happenings, couldn't do anything. And also.. there is poor work life balance here. The company expects, an employee to work for more than 12hrs a day,but no overtime compensation is provided for that and also an employee is expected to be available even on Weekends and Holidays, which actually impacts one's personal life.
