Work life balance is ok as long as you have job but they don't care about you, your training growth or job. You will be all alone. They laid off employees during COVID without reason. Management eating company

The +ve points - WFH, Team Outings, Upper Management interaction. In this pandemic there is no resource layoff , WFH from the beginning and all mechanism is very supportive.

I need few more time to find the flaws working at DXC Technology.

I am working as a Business Analyst, my roles and responsibility is to understand the client requirement and outline the requirement to a business strategy. This would also include closely monitoring the data gap and provide a prescription to overcome gap.

The problem started since it became DXC, when it was HPE atleast work-life balance was there, but now, no work life balance, worst ever management, no hikes since last 3 years, lot of politics, super micro management, zero job security, you never know when you get a pink slip.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest Technology. I was part of a project with 500+ resources both onshore and offshore together. The scope for learning here in this project and in this company is really good and high. The mentoring from seniors and managers is also too good and support from Peers is really high. There are good enough chances for Onsite opportunities, if the employee is capable of converting his/her Visa at US Embassy. There are numerous projects with different verticals and number of accounts. Though we gain better knowledge working here, there were no hikes/ compensation increments here from past two years(Which was due to CSC & HPE Merger). As a result there are high chances of employee demotivation. Also, the intangible growth in career ladder is kept hold until the merger is complete in India. Recent changes in management, though aware of all these happenings, couldn't do anything. And also.. there is poor work life balance here. The company expects, an employee to work for more than 12hrs a day,but no overtime compensation is provided for that and also an employee is expected to be available even on Weekends and Holidays, which actually impacts one's personal life. I joined this company as a fresher and in 3 years all I got was one market correction that only increased my salary for 40k. Rest no bonus, no hike nothing. I would not suggest anyone to join this company.
