Management is not good, office politics, on the spot layoffs, no work life balance, each developer is over burdened with double the work, change their policies to suit themselves anytime, no proper Knowledge transfer, just work like a donkey here.

BizMerlin is a supercharged company so every day is a new learning. They are pretty flexible about schedules so give a lot of chance to balance work and family but at the same time very particular about deliverables and client satisfaction.
