Arrogant team leader, Irresponsible towards projects, I have to say this that the one owner is very much responsible and do the work in proper manner and the other one is just so lame towards the work and I have heard that whenever any person leave the company they don't believe in maintaining relations. Apart from this working in this company as a fresher gives me chance to enhance my skills and knowledge.
