Its flexible hybrid mode of working
The managers are non supportive, give undue targets , the recruiting leads come from BPO organisations and give undue targets for hiring 50+ IT candidates month in month and DONOT support on the ground when we face problems. They just know about numbers . When we are not able to fulfill targets inspite of working so hard they come to the conclusion that we are mot working at all . although they tell us that Birlasoft works for 5 days a week, the recruitment team works on all saturdays conducting drives without any comp off or any extra pay. Although they mention in offer letter for travel reimbursement, wifi and phone bill reimbursement but they reject it when we apply for the same....Read More

They release the offer letter very early.
As early as they release the offer letter, same way they release the employee too. No job security. Clients they work with are not professional and do micromanage. Once you are on bench, HR will call you and tell you to submit resignation right in front of her.

Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.

During my tenure at Birlasoft, as my project was good so, I had very good work life balance. I feel it mostly it depends on your manager. After certain level you have the variable income as well. Your manager can put you for VISA nominations after your certain tenure completion.

Extremely poor appraisals lowest in the entire industry and no one listens to you if you ask for work in specific technology. HR's are always not reachable. They didn't help you in any manner.
