Project Manager and higher management specially testing are very rude and environment is not suitable if you have not. God father in company as well as there is no big project ,Now a days only show-off is going on. I will recommend to all don't join this company.

I have recently started working with Birlasoft hence not sure about every policy but Currently not much happy with project or wok

Dislikes

Team seems supportive but knowledge sharing is poor due to shift timing its hard to maintain work life balance and with current project and client in start itself environment feel demotivating
