Working at Birlasoft as a fresher was a good experience as it gives lots of learning opportunities and even a lot of exposure in front of client which eventually helps you improving your communication skills.

There are flexible work hours, also work life balance is there, No dress code policy, also if you are in SAP then this company is having good projects in SAP.

There are very less projects are ongoing in Java Development after KPIT separation. There is no value for your skills in this company. They can put you on bench for 6 months but they wont allow you to be free. You will be working on internal or small non senene projects but there is no allocation. Overall If you have skills and want to grow then dont join this company.

Good company to work with if your are beginning your career. Good classroom training as well as on job training. Domestic as well as international project exposure. Work life balance is great.
