No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

Compensation issues, increment never on time , no standards here. Even though they are earning well from project or bagging more project based on current. The team never gets compensated well. Earlier cycle was from April then july now we would get increments in Nov salary so its really demotivating.

There are not many benefits but freshers and 1-2 years experience persons will get good experience and knowledge.

I worked as a third party to ultratech cement production support project. Work load is at peaks most of the time and IT network infrastructure practice is poor at my location unit. Most of the Users don't have minimum basic knowledge on how to use the computers and what they are doing with it. All the old employees are mostly got the jobs through recommendation. Senior management is pathetic. They talk rubbish, treat people like labour. Project is totally in the hands of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency. There was no exit interview to highlight, even manager decided whether the employee will receive salary or not, based on their deliveries which is pathetic, also that’s not developer’s fault as their requirements keep on changing. Very toxic environment, even after lots of escalation from team and managers no actions were taken against program manager. Bad project planning. Unprofessional behaviour. Favouritism within team. Unfair practices for appraisal.
