It's your luck if got nice Manager otherwise, You will laid off for sure.
Most of the manager are doing micro management with fresher and gives threats of HR's continuosly. Some of one are worst with short knowledge which leads layoff of fresher. I saw one Sr. Technical Lead who doesn't know meaning of HBU and VBU . Just useless

Nothing was good here. Senior management is greedy for everything that comes. They want everything from appraisal to onsite visits for themselves. Birlasoft has a concept of dry promotions. They would be very miserable in giving appraisal. Most of company has testers and support engineers and very minimal of software development happens here

During my tenure at Birlasoft, as my project was good so, I had very good work life balance. I feel it mostly it depends on your manager. After certain level you have the variable income as well. Your manager can put you for VISA nominations after your certain tenure completion.

There are not many benefits but freshers and 1-2 years experience persons will get good experience and knowledge.
I worked as a third party to ultratech cement production support project. Work load is at peaks most of the time and IT network infrastructure practice is poor at my location unit. Most of the Users don't have minimum basic knowledge on how to use the computers and what they are doing with it. All the old employees are mostly got the jobs through recommendation. No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.
