Dislikes

Chaotic work environment. Every task comes in as an urgent request. Expected to slog to meet them. No respect from business teams. Payscale and hikes are below market as company is struggling to meet revenue targets. Part of VPI has been held back. Coursera available for learning, however no time available to take any courses. Evenmandatory training need to be completed on weekends. Seen heavy attrition at the top management....Read More
