Flexi work hours.

Worst work culture, shouting bosses, no clarity on deliverables. Dummy HR guys, who never hesitate to remove people based on one email from L+1. Worst company wrt to job security. Most of the people leading functions are not qualified to handle that role and lack skill sets required for the role assigned.

Working culture is very poor, there is no human touch at all. Old top management people not listening to ideas to improve. They will hire you be assigned any work. Don't come to leave your well settled job. Company has poor management as well. Not using any systematic tool. They do daily firefighting. You will only lose your learning, nothing you will learn from here.

I got enough time for training for the job role as a fresher they nurtured me well.

Toxic work culture, no employee centric programs and the HR is clueless about your mental health and kind of pressure being put on the employees after their big layoffs. And it is a 6 days working apart from which you are expected to work late hours and during weekends, so basically you don't have a life.

They remove everyone whenever they want simply they will tel to get an other offer outside as they doesn't need that role at that time. Ryt now company Is on worst condition.

Very toxic work culture, HODs abuse and shout at will every day. Worse than a private limited company. HR department knew everything, but they don't act even if entire department complains. No allotted sitting places & No employee engagement activities. Also, company lacks qualified people at the top.

Terrible place to work but good place to learn so decide accordingly.Regional politics,favoroutisim & biased appraisal.No recognition of work & also if you ask for leave then be ready to hear lecture from manager.Manager don't know how to behave with employee & need to be trained.Manager just giving the instructions & we need to follow blindly & we can't put forward our ideas freely.
