Biocon Biologics - Senior Manager - Business Strategy & Operations Management (8-12 yrs)

Role / Job Description: Will be a Core Team Member of the COO's Office & will report to COO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively involved in building long term Business strategy and driving functional performance towards organization's strategic goals

- Track Business Performance across Operations function against identified KPIs and derive insights

- Pro-actively identify challenges or gaps in performance and work cross-functionally to find solutions

- Lead key aspects of Transformative journey at BBL driving the Transformation agenda

- Leverage knowledge of industry trends and benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve performance

- Help drive key business performance themes - such as cost optimization, revenue acceleration/EBITDA improvement, organic/inorganic growth (M&A)

- Excellent opportunity to get exposure to and learn about a range of business functions as well as work closely with the Leadership Team

Background & Experience Required:

- MBA from Top Tier Business School

- 8+ years of post B School experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, and General Management roles

- Strong preference for experience in Pharma or Biotech

- Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
