Position Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic Head of Talent to spearhead our Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Excellence:
- Craft and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Biocon Biologics' ambitious goals.
- Lead a passionate recruitment team in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across all levels and functions.
- Forge strategic partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Innovate and implement modern recruitment practices utilizing the latest technology and social media tools.
Empowering Talent Management:
- Design and drive impactful talent management frameworks, focusing on performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify essential skills and competencies for current and future business needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective performance management systems that empower employees to thrive.
Engaging and Inspiring Talent:
- Develop and implement creative employee engagement strategies that boost morale, productivity, and retention.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gauge engagement levels and drive improvement initiatives.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that celebrates differences and fosters belonging.
- Lead dynamic employee recognition programs that honor achievements and contributions.
Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Leverage workforce analytics to inform talent strategy and decision-making, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to anticipate and address talent needs in a rapidly changing environment.
- Monitor key talent metrics and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
Inspiring Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and develop a high-performing talent acquisition and management team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Enhance the skills and capabilities of the HR team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Elevating Employer Branding:
- Amplify Biocon Biologics' employer brand to attract and retain high-caliber talent.

- Represent Biocon at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to position us as an employer of choice
Background & Experience Required:
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global, matrixed organization.
- Proven success in developing and executing talent strategies in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and industry trends.
- Experience with workforce analytics and talent management software, including ATS and HRIS systems.
- Expertise in diversity and inclusion strategies, with a track record of creating inclusive workplaces.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- High emotional intelligence and a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
